What is our shipping policy?
According to the ease of our clients, we directly export or import materials from the ports specified by them. If there is a discomfort experienced by them in deciding the port, we are gladly open to discuss regarding an appropriate port for transportation of the materials.
Is there a minimum order?
Basically, SJJS company deals with a half tonne order for metals and also for oil supplies. If an order which is less than this is required, kindly contact us in the link below.
What’s our return policy?
For most of the materials that we deal with, the return policy is not encouraged. There hasn't been a chance for the return policy of goods and materials to be implied since we deal only with the best quality and high standard materials.
However, if the need for a return policy is highly necessary, please feel free to contact us with a diplomatic reason in the link below.
What's our terms of payment?
Generally, we accept only cash payment. We encourage terms of payment of cash on delivery. Our deals are made only on the basis of advance payment. This can be either an advance payment of 100% or 50%, according to our client's convenience. We highly discourage payment on a credit basis.
